error 02 on alpine x200?

Ok so ive had my itouch for about two weeks and it worked flawlessly with my hu until about 3 days ago.

For the last couple of days its taken about 10 minutes for the hu to even find the ipod and today it wouldnt even find it.

And today "error 02" popped up and it wont connect to the ipod.

Anyone know whats wrong?

BTW ive looked everywhere for troubleshooting on google and in the owners manuel and cant find shit....
