Equalizer searching

I need recommendations for an in dash equalizer (regular din size) for around $250.

My current setup is as follows:

MB Quart DSD216 on HiFonics ZX6400

Adire Tempest on JBL BP600.1

Alpine 7894 Head Unit

2001 Altima GXE Limited Edition

There aren't alot of full din eqs out there. That might be why you haven't received much of a response. I believe Pioneer has a full din, digital EQ(and alpine might have one as well). If you wanted to go with a 1/2 din eq, then you could look at eclipse, audiocontrol, phoenix gold, arc audio for starters. I have used eclipse and audiocontrol stuff and have found it to be nice stuff.

I think Kenwood makes a full din size EQ ... 11 band or something.

As stated above, half din's are pretty popular ...

One of those would work ... fill in the space with fiberglass, metal, plastic, whatever.

You could get a nice trim kit and mount your EQ somewhere else ... AudioControl EQT comes to mind.

Personally, I feel that most in-dash equalizers do not offer as much versatility in tuning as trunk mount and similar models do.

Then again, I am also in persuit of a near flat RTA; so no less than 30 bands of equalization will do.

If you are set on an in-dash eq, have a look into the Pioneer DEQ-7600.

I severely doubt it. You could check Pioneer's website for specs. It should say if it is or not(but I would bet a ton that it isn't detach face).
