EQ and other Audi settings for Pioneer AVIC-Z150bh?

Just got this new in dash and can't get it sounding too well like my old Pioneer in dash. Had a friend set it for me years ago and it sounded amazing. Was wondering if anyone could help me out with the audio settings and definitely EQ settings. I listen to all kinda music but mostly rap..

I have 1 12" L7 kicker on I think 1200 watt kicker amp in a Audi A4. If anyone can help me out it'd be great. And if anyone knows about some cool features or things I should know plz post them. Saw one pioneer that had themes and you could change the background color and all. This one I can only change the colors of the buttons.. Am I missing something here?
