epic 150 db meter.....

Well, I noticed my epic 150's db meter reads right around 2 db higher than a tl does, judging by the TL scores I've gotten w/ 3 different amps w/ my xxx 15.

I now have the autotek MM3000.1 on it now, and finally got the gains set perfect, and figured I'd test her w/ my epic 150.......My previous best on the TL was 147.9, and my epic was right @ 150db, so it held true thus far, but now todays reading are 152db from my epic changing from my orion 2500d to the MM3000.1. I can definately hear a large difference, but am curious if I'm actually gonna get a 150DB reading fron the TL now.......................

I'll keep ya posted, since I'm getting metered wednesday.................................

no........maybe some do, but I'm telling you that the one I have reads around 2 db higher than the tl. I have measured 3 different setups on the tl while my epic 150 was in my car, and every time(around 12 times), the epic 150 was consistently 2db higher EVERY TIME...no more and no ness.

I have seen others read higher, and even lower, so I'm sure all dont read the same.
