eonon head unit wiring harness.

I have an older eonon unit the d5166z, but seller did not send harness, the original harness is an a0573. Wich no one sells because its old. Question is will the newer a0582 and a0579 harness work on an older unit. car is 2002 bmw 540i 6speed.
