look into gsr500 or buell blast "500cc"
fun... not too deadly, but still can pop a wheelie... good on gas and looks better than those NINJAs

Yep and when he is kicking himself for not getting something bigger when he wants it and he is riding around on a 250, although he is a midget, so.......
I started on dirtbikes and even though it is different, I was fine on my 1100 Honda Hurricane. I am a bigger guy and anything under 500cc is way to small for me and not enough power.

Honestly a 250 is probably enough power for a smaller person, just because it can't lug your 300lb + *** around doesn't mean a smaller guy will have an issue.

Besides, there's definitely a market for used ninjas, so when you feel you've outgrown it just sell it off.

If you're confident in your riding abilities go for it.

Of course, if you drop money on a bike you can't ride, and ride it anyway.

Then you have problems. Why not get a CBR600 or a ninja 500 or something that isn't a gixxer?

eh not the biggest fan of kawasaki but i could look into the cbr600 for sure, ive seen both the gsx-r's for 3.5k and the cbr600 a little less but never really looked into them much.
