enough power?

Just got my baby today. Cant wait to get her in my ported box. I tried to upload the pics, but no can do //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crying.gif.ec0ebefe590df0251476573bc49e46d8.gif Its a rl-p 12. One question though, Would 250wrms at 4 ohms be enough to make it bump, or should I go with the 500rms at 2ohms? The amp previously powered a 12" rockford fosgate stage 3 hooked up at 2 ohms in a small sealed box, and it was more than enough juice. Whatcha guys think?

hmm it might just be me...but i have never seen a Dual 4 ohm VC sub wired for a 4 ohm load? only 2 and 8 ohms? so in that scenario described above, by process of elimination 500x1@2ohms...
