i have a older type r 12" sub. swr-1241d. the 300 watt rms, duel 4ohm..

i have a hifonics z600 to power the R. if theses both were yours what kind of enclosure would you design and build?

My friend had a pair and they sounded great sealed but not so great ported.

If you go sealed, I would do about 1 cube each. If you port them, maybe 1.5 each tuned to about 32hz or so.

i have the r in about 1.5 cf tuned to 35hz with my "4 inch round my 9.5 long" port. it slaps pretty good. i kinda want to try a tl. i wonder if my setup would sound good with a transmission line
