engine swap trublers

a friend of mine blew the engine in his 92 lincoln town car.. conviently his grandpa totaled his 94 crown vic but the engine wasn't harmed... swapped out the engines and now it won't start. Isin't getting fire nor fuel pump coming on... im thinking the computer isin't getting power since the service engine light doesn't come on when the ignition comes on.... if anybody knows anything that may help please go right ahead... im to the point i just want to beat this thing

I just find it funny that you're smart enought to do an engine swap, but can't figure out why an engine (that YOU installed) won't start. I know, I'm a d1ck, i just find it ironic and funny.

Did both cars have the same wireing harness and computer?

If not swap them and give it a try.

Also check your fuses.
