Engine RPM slowly drops @ idle! suggestions???

I dont know if this has been mentionned as I didnt read the whole thread, but a vacuum leak would give the idle symptoms your talking about

They are kind of hard to find, but you say you can hear a hiss, cheapest way to find them, is grab a can of carb cleaner, and start spraying vacuum hoses/connections. If the fluid hits the leak, the rpms should jump up (audibly to the ear)

wow!!! turns out when I got my master cylinder replaced, they either A. didnt hook up the hose connected to the brake booster right, or B, the oil from the leaking master cylinder damaged the brake booster, causing both the problem with the brakes, and the un-steady idle problem!! who wouldda thunk it!?

it reduces rpm bro not increases them but you are right on track either way.
