engine noise

I need some help with engine noise. My setup prior to today was just a pioneer deck, pioneer components, and an alpine 4ch amp. I ran this for 10 months and there were absolutely no engine noise. However today, I added my kicker L7 and kicker amp from my old car. What happens?...I hear engine noise from my tweeters. There's no engine noise coming from the sub...or atleast I don't hear anything. The only thing I changed on my component setup was that I piggybacked off the same remote wire to wire my kicker amp. I don't think that would have caused engine noise...but that's why I'm posting here for your guys help! What do you guys think? Thanks for any help!
