Engine noise VS humidity????

After moving from my stock HU to an after market deck Ive always had alty whine. Ive checked all power and grounds throughout the system and cant seem to get rid of it. I think it might be coming though my HU igition positive as that is powered off a tapped fuse in the cars fuse block that also gets power off the igition. I put a noise filter on that igition wire before the HU and still no luck getting rid of the whine.

Oddly enough, when ever it rains the alt whine goes completely away. I'm guessing the humidity is having an effect on it somehow....

any thoughts??
