So I finally got my GTO back up and running and had replaced the kicker kx400.1 and zx150.2 with a Xtant 3150x and swapped subs and enclosures. I had 4ga to a distro and 8ga to the kickers but went with 4ga all the way for the Xtant.
Originally I kept the 8ga ground since I didn't have another ring terminal to ground the 4ga and was getting engine noise. Just swapped it out yesterday and its better but still there.
Can't/won't swap HU's as I am using a pac unit from the modified OEM stock radio. RCA's weren't giving me a problem with the Kicker amps, so could I just have an issue with the Xtant? What else can I do?
