i have a kinda funny story bout that stuff. I got stopped by the popo in my car (i had been drinking a bit) and they pulled me out and asked if i had anything else in the car (they found a pint of seagrams 7). I had a JOOSE sittin in my cup holder and I told them it was alcoholic. When i picked up my car from the tow yard the next morning, they had thrown that can back in my car.

^ This, doesn't taste bad, and you wont sleep. Same name, not sure if it's exactly the same as the one I had, but it is/was around 25,000% Vitamin B-12. After downing one I couldn't write legibly, but I wasn't sleeping.

Redbull sucks, tastes like *** and never gave me any kind of energy. Nos, monster, etc. pretty much the same nasty taste with no energy increase.

The ONLY energy drink I like is Spike. I love the taste, and it has quite a very large amount of caffeine in it. Even being a "caffeine addict" that still gives me a large boost in energy. I've never tried the 5 hour energy shots so I can't comment on those.

5 hour energy shot is worthless imho, didn't do jack. I have tried redbull, amped, etc and I always feel tired after drinking them. Waste of money.

i usually notice a difference after a redbull or a nos, not so much an amp.

but usually i drink energy drinks for the taste, not the energy, i love the biterness... the "bite" they have, i wish they'd make them healthier so i could drink them all the time and not get addicted to caffeine.
