Enclosure for speakers?

I have some SLC 265 comps sitting around and I would like to throw them into some kind of an enclosure and use them for some party speakers..any thoughts on how buy of enclosure and also ported or no? Thanks guys

i would build a sealed box with 2 seperate chambers about .5 cuft per side. just throwing that out there lol.

well now that i think about it. how much power are you going to run to them?

going to run 100 rms and they're rated at 150

run two .5 cube wedges so you can put them anywhere.

One $.02: Build one box, with a separator down the middle, maybe aim the speakers slightly outward to widen the projection area, attach a handle on top ... And you got yourself a nice little boombox-like portable speaker setup.
