enclosure for D9

Well, do you have room to port it?

The D9 is a pretty good sub, very comparable to a W7 back in the day(when I was getting a little more into underground, that was my comparison)

Fairly strong output, sounds pretty good. I say port it around 34-35 and enjoy the sound

i have room for a port, and i just traded it for a w7...

but how big should i make the box, should i make it to specs (1.25 cu ft)?

i think i have enough room for more than 1.25....

It's really trial and error, I'm at work so I cant search but I"m sure SOMEWHERE someone has played with one of these woofers before and can give you an accurate estimation.

How much power, RMS, will you be giving the woofer?

i kno ive been looking alot on google and other forums but can't find really anything.

and i will be using about 300 watts for now till i get some more mula

ok i found the manual but it says that for a medium enclosure to be only 1.00 cu ft for vented and the biggest for sealed 1.45

I want to go bigger than 1 cuft for vented and my max demensions are

height - 16

width - 44

Depth - 20

any advice?
