Enclosure for a 15" Ava

I searched, and found a few for sale, a few for trade, and a few asking for identification.

I currently have this hoss in 3.2 @ 29, powering it with a modded 1501D. I bottomed it out a few times, and I'm looking for slightly higher output.

How do those of you with experience with these subs feel about a 2.8 @ 33?

I think I should be able to throw a little more power at it, and gain a little highend output I'm looking for.

you could try 3.5 - 4 cubes at 33 and watch your gains. and make sure bass boost is off //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

The thing is, it seems like the box is too big at 3.2. Maybe it's just my mistaken brain, but if you insist. How much can I throw at one of these in a 3.5cu box?

there is no exact number but you could just turn the gain down a little

i had mine at 3.68 @35 and it was very very loud and sounded **** good too.
