Emergency ??

I'm building a box right now and I have a quick question. Here is a pic of the port inside my box:

Where should I put the port? How far to the left or right?

Should the sub be firing down into the port? Should the port be centered?

I need help ASAP! Thanks

P.S. The sub is going to be inverted

put the port all the way on the right and sub either centered, or on the left
