Eliminating noise??? ground loop wire??

i have this ANNOYING high pitched whine when the music is low, and i HAVE to get rid of it. i was looking at walmart, and saw this 'ground wire loop' or something like that by scoshe. and it says that you hook it into the HU's input and connect the RCA's to the ground loop thingy. I wanna know if it really works, because if so.....it is worth the 13 bux.

open to more suggestions, and if anyone knows of another thread that can help, that would rock!

Hmm...dunno what to tell you, I had the same head unit and that never happened in my car, its gotta be something with the wiring. Mine as well try the loop thing
