i would do 2 runs to the back, so youll probably need more than this + to do the big 3
and would get 2 batteries atleast

I have 100ft +/- running through my car right now 2 runs of +/- along with 2 big *** powertech batts yet only a 110 alt right now im not sure how voltage will hold up though

could you find 2 batteries and stay around the 200?

the biggest problem with all this is just space.. its going into a car not an suv or anything so fitting 2 batts, a giant amp and around 6-7 cu ft back there is going to be tight

He doesnt need 2 batts for only 3.8k

H/O alt, big 3, Deka intimidator 9a31 or XS power 3100 in the back.

i need to learn how to fiberglass haha. im agraid to mess up on this and screw up my whole project though.. ill make a new thread trying to explain my ideas for the box because the way i see it ill be building inside the trunk

2 runs of 1/0 or 1 run of 2/0. IMO But 1 run of 1/0 will work, just wont get full potential from your amp.

True, but not in his case.

In my case, I have 5 XS Power D3100's plus 1 kinetik HC1800 under the hood. I'm gonna be running 2 RD D9's strapped at 1 ohm with up to 13k rms. I'd be good with 4 batts but with this kind of amp draw, 5 will def be safe.

alright so thats like around 50 feet for big 3 and 2 runs im thinkin.. is klmx fine or what? tht would be about $90. is there a cheaper alternative because from what ive heard there isnt a huge difference in wire quality

Someone posted that you should get your electrical done before you buy any other car audio equipment. I totall agree. get your alt, batteries and big 3 straight first. You can check the classified ads on here for cheap batteries and possibly and alt. A decent alt and battery may cost you around $600 or more. Car audio is an expensive hobby.

kicker hyperflex or knu concept power/ground 1/0 ga IMO.

Dont expect great quaily, you get what you pay for. I say be patient and save up the money.

Yes, but I'm not sure of the durability of the alt listed. Should look into DC power, ohio gen, and Mechman for a reliable/durable alt.
