elemental designs e5.10

I would get them but I'm broke now. The rubi 2500 puts 1700rms @ 2ohms. So that should be good right?
Personally I would look for another amp. I had the Rubi 2500 before and although they seem to do rated they get hot as hell and I only had mine set to do 1000 watts rms with a dmm (voltage around 13 volts when full tilt). I also have the new reference series soundstream amps for my component speakers and let's just say I will never own another soundstream product again. They don't seem to be the same quality that they use to be. Just my opinion

I bought an E 5 a couple of years ago and was playing it and the voicecoil former split in half it just ripped. The second one they gave me leaked all around the surround and they sent me some glue but it never really worked well. I have had all the subs out there and have never had one rip like that on the coil and the leaky surround was the second ED sub I had do that the other was another model. I would be careful maybe I got the 2 ED lemons on the E5.

Finally got these in a box. Its L ported. The box is kinda crappy. But they sound decent. Box is about 2.6 cubes for both. They hit real low(late night tip). I was surprised for 10s
