Well don't you just have the answers for everything.maybe you should stop being one of those worthless ebay douchebags that don't bid to win, rather, bid low enough to jack up the price for someone else who is actually going to win. and you're on here *****ing about it after the fact.
bid once, bid to win.
and don't forget to /yourself.
This make absolutely no sense. I am annoyed because someone else outbit me at the last second obviously using a snipe system or another system described above. I was not jacking up the price, I wanted the price as low as possible for MYSELF.ebay douchebags that don't bid to win, rather, bid low enough to jack up the price for someone else who is actually going to win.
My max bit was equal to his bit, the opening bit was $99.So, the starting bid was $99... and that's all you bid?
If that was all it was worth to you, then cool. If not, you could have bid your max price you'd pay... and it would ONLY increment to that price IF someone outbid you.
I always place my max bid I would pay... in the last few seconds. If it goes past... and someone proxy outbids me... so be it.

www.swoopo.comi always thought that ebay should have a extend feature like some other auctions i get on. where if someone bids at the last minute, it puts an extra 5 min. on the clock. I think it would help the sellers get true value for their items.
interesting. i get on a few auction sites that dont charge you like that. its ebay style, just with an extend feature. every bid that is placed withwww.swoopo.com
They charge you a buck to bid, and your bid only increments the item slightly ($0.15) - but it also boosts the remaining time by 0:15.
So the winning guy may only pay $80 for his PS3 - and he may have $20 worth of bids into it.
But overall, the site collected $2750 for the item.
Genius. Evil genius.
you only have to bid the $40 once, and it will automatically say you bid $16.you know that all you really need to do is bid your low amount to be the highest bidder, then bid again with a MAX bid. that way it will keep you at highest bidder untill they bid more than your high.example.
item: amp sits at 15 bucks.
you bid 16 bucks and take highest bid.
you bid again to have a max bid of 40 bucks
your bid will stay as 16 dollars with a max of 40..
now someone bids 19 dollars in the last minute.
they will be outbid by a 20 dollar bid by you automatically..
they bid 21 dollars, they will be outbid by 22 dollars by you automatically and so forth untill they bid more than 40 dollars. they will never see how much your max bid is untill they pass it. it is the same principle as sniping but ebay itself has it in their system.. sniping will just do it at the last second, though either way if you have a higher max bid than the person who is sniping's max bid you will still win.
now, lets say your max bid was 40 but you won the auction for 15 bucks. all you pay is the 15 bucks.. that's it.
you guys just need to learn how to use ebay. :/
You really are a sorry SOB.note - if you'd stop spreading that gaping ****** of yours people would be less inclined to kick sand in it, you bleeding heart emo fux.![]()
