I remember people've used this in audio applications, but I don't remember for what. I'm building a cabinet for some speakers, and I was wondering should I incorporate it in any way?

its just cheap deading material..... thats all. Alot of pro sound boxes from the late 80's had a ton of that shit in them. If you're making new enclosures, always go with polyfill especially if its a sealed enclosure.

Oh, okay. That's what I thought. It's for 2-way coaxials in a small speaker cabinet powered by a modified guitar amp. Should I deaden the inside of the box or put in polyfill if it's for full range?
