i personally can't give a negative if I receive an item in good condition, no matter how late it is. but that's just me. if i were to ever not receive something or receive something in a condition other than what is stated, I'd def give him a negative. I gave him a positive for the first sub, the 2nd may get a neutral for being late. He messaged me pretty quickly tonight saying he shipped every sub at the same time

I can, just because it gets shipped out eventually doesn't mean that he was a good seller. Just means that he actually had the means to send it, just chose to send it whenever the hell he wanted to.

If there is a dated promised to be shipped by and its over a week late of that date then i personally think that deserves some kind of negative feedback.

Wow thats a good idea, takes a real POS to do something like that.

Regardless if this guys listing was incorrect and shipping wasn't time. That's for buyer to discuss with seller, there's no point to additionally add problems to the entire deal.

about 3 weeks ago this yahoo told me he shipped. As you all know I opened a dispute. Now he sends me tracking that says he shipped on the 22nd? and my package 2 only weighs 15lbs. This is crazy. Would this prick have even sent my stuff had I not filed a dispute? WTF?

When I first read read this Post I was soo excited. I was already gettting my cash together. I thought I would have a cheaper version of the 9515 I already own. But **** this shit is not even worth it. I hope you guys get your monies back. If you filed a claim its better to contact him only through paypal claim page. So you can have proof against him when you escalde your claim to a refund.
