I'd highly recommend using paypal next time. At least if you do get your item, you can file a dispute (complaint) and paypal will take care of the rest. I've done it where I didn't get the item, or item wasn't as discribe, and had full refunds.
I can, unfortunately, vouch for paypal getting you your money 99% of the time, i sold some chinese lady in pittsburg my $900 sony p910i cell phone for $550, i sent the thing USPS (i didn't know the ways of ebay yet) and then once she got it, she filed a buyer dispute (*****) and ganked her money back and kept the phone because i had no way to prove i sent it.
I didn't have money in my paypal account, but sure enough they ganked the $580 right out of my checking account!
I would have loved to taken her to court. too bad i already spent the $580, and i got overdrafted like $300.... I hope she dies a terrible death.
You bought a big-ticket item from someone with virtually no transaction history //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif
