That is not true on some occasions the persons account goes into negative.

yea... you wanna know whos went into negative.. MINE!!! I gave the SOB both my subs, AND, I had to pay $200 on top of it. I tried to ignore it until I got a letter form a Collections agency

contact the seller only to let them know you are filing claims. you could contact local cops where the seller is from if you really wanted to

A long time ago I ordered a set of Boston Pro60's off of ebay. When They got here one of the cones was cracked and the crossover was busted. I got a refund and got to keep the speakers. Yeah I noticed that, but I figured I'd give it a shot. I bought from a seller with 0 feedback before and had a good experience, guess this one wasn't. We'll see. I'm filing the claim right now.

Ebay is indeed gay. I have to wait 10 days after the item was won. I have sent the seller a message so I'll see what comes out of that.
