Just bought an item, Super Nintendo to be specific (link located here: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=150224182014&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:IT&ih=005)
Auction clearly states that "IT WORKS AND SO DO THE GAMES" and "I AM SELLING THE CONSOLE, ALL THE CORDS, 2 CONTROLLERS, AND 4 GAMES". Seller also continues to state "ALL ITEMS SOLD ARE AS IS. THEIR CONDITIONS ARE POSTED IN THE LISTINGS."
First of all, it only came with the power adapter, no RF cable or the other Multi Out (IIRC that was for the Audio/Video cable). Second, it doesn't power on. I would assume all that is needed to power on is the power adapter plugged in and even a game...I get nothing (the power LED doesnt light up).
If the seller does not cooperate with me on this issue, is this something that I can file a claim for and get my money back or something so that I don't get screwed?
