efficient 8" on a budget

Is this a efficient 8" for either a 2 way or 3 way active.

DL840-4 8" Heavy Duty Treated Paper Cone Woofer 4 Ohm

Looks pretty good for a 20 speaker. Figure I ask the forum.

Also it will be in a fiber glasses door pod small about .2 to .4 with the 125 rms thanks.

not sure on that one, but im using 4 of these and love them.

sound good and very nice mid bass.

have 2 in each door wired to 4ohms. running about 200rms to each pair.

The daytons are nice( had my eyes on them) just looking around the clearance and saw the dl8-40. Not sure about all the specs. Looking for something on a budget that will hit 80Hz solid in a small sealed enclosure.
