how do i mathematically figure out how efficient my amp is?

You need some equipment - a multimeter, steady ohm load for the resistance at which you want to run the test, and and high amperage dc and ac ammeter.

You would need to find out the power (AC current X AC voltage) of the speaker output then divide that by the power being consumed by the amp (DC Voltage (typically 12-15V) x DC current).
