edit~we are also shunning him because he thinks that 'all' ed 15As have their cone pop off with 700 watts. and that problem was fixed faster than most would fix it.

I was referring to the original question not if ED cones call off so get off my back.

warranty doesnt cover overpowering. d2s hold 600watts RMS and you could run 2 very sufficiently. if you REALLY have the cheese id get 2 of these. although one d2 costs as much as an A

Your entire point is not even relevant to what I was talking about. I was merely referring to the failure rate of the drivers, which has NOTHING to do with motor linearity.

Well, It's a little to late for that now. This got bigger then you thought. It even made it way into the Elemental Designs forum in SIN. You should have made it a little bit more clearer that you were joking. You got a lot of people not liking you now and it's really too late to do anything about it now. If you do represent RE, that was a stupid thing to say whether you were joking or not. Since we can't hear the subs in advance, we judge the product by the distributor's attitude. I myself am deciding on getting the 15A or 15XXX, and if you were the owner of RE, that comment would have instantly made me get the 15A instead no matter how good the XXX is. Luckily the owner of RE is David who is a really nice guy who doesn't bash his competitors subs (whether joking or not), so I am still leaning toward RE. Also to 60 cent, Treo make some pretty good woofers. They can get really loud and take a lot of juice. I don't know much about the SQ and how hey compare but I think snova had one so he can probably give you better idea.

ya know, studying the intl. distributor market, I came to a conclusion...

Great caompanies get great distributors/reps, companies with a lousy rep gets just as deserving distributors outside of the country.

Then there are some who mftr pink baskets and chose a truly lousy rep.

End of the day, please, everyone, leave international distributor/representatives out of it. I think it's got more to do with individual differences, not the company they represent.
