Yes he does, and caps soldered to motherboards get bent in odd directions all the time. Its common, and harmless. Megalomaniac was asking about the blackened area in his pic.

I don't think it is an issue of amp repairing, I think he wants compensation for the speakers as well.
If that's the case, I doubt any amp manufacturer is going to replace a blown sub.

I know Pioneer laughed at me when I told them their HU burnt up my amp inputs(it did).

 
As much as I dislike eD, I agree an amp manufacturer is not gonna replace blown speakers.

And of course I just say manufacturer out of laziness. eD doesn't make the nine.1, they just sell it with their label on it.
