Ed sale.

I have to say I don't remember ben saying TB stole his design, He did however say that the builder shared the design causing him change some of the design features. I guess it goes back to the old saying, there are 3 sides to each story, the 3rd is the truth in the middle.
BTW wish the FI gear was in my price range, I would love to try out a BTL10 on my ****.1 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif I have heard lots of good stuff about FI!
There shouldn't be any reason why it wouldnt be in your price range //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif.

Prices are included with shipping in the lower 48..of course that would cost a touch more to get to you...

Cost/Preformance ratio of the Fi stuff is reaaaaaaaaaaaaally hard to beat //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

If you're looking to do something a bit different/save trunk space, yeah, it'll be better than the pair of 11Ov.2's.
I'd have to agree on the assessment that if you're happy w/ the pair of 11Ov.2's, you don't need to get 4 SQ10's.

As for the SQ10, the project was started in July 2005. We had a prototype into a customers hands last year. Then it started appearing in the possession of other companies show cars who we have a good relationship with.

At that point it was completely retooled.

Of course, it was delayed a bit as we had originally wanted the SQ10 on the market last March/April in time for summer and the peak install season, but I believe it's worth it to end up with a better product at a better price point.
mybuddy mandos,

what does retooled mean? and strictly looking at the TS specs bewtween the 2, how are the SQ10 a better product?

I get nervous with anything over $100 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif any B-stock?

BTW what is the recomended enclosure size?

We dont reccomend using a BTL 10 for daily driving, and straight wont sell you one due to cone geometry issues... the only reason it exsists is due to crx fart boxes in street-a for dBdrag.

The 12 however is fine.

Just a little fyi, dont bother with a BTL unless you have 2000+ watts to throw at it..it is on the same level of the DD9500 series woofers and RE MT series woofers. (check the prices on those //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif)

There is no B-stock, each and every woofer is machined per coil option, cooling options etc etc. when the order is recieved.

As far as enclosures...

12" - 1.75-3 cubic feet tuned to 30-35Hz for daily driving applications.

With 12-16" of port area per cubic foot is what we reccomend.

Thanks

-Nick

$100, what can you get for $100....some entry level subs and some low power or shitty amps?

Save your pennies and buy from a decent company. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Price is of no object if you want the best. (With in reason. Fi's pricing structure is beyond reasonable).
