i was looking at elemental designs nine.1. i haven't read much about them. i was sondering about their quality . how does this amp stack up against an orion 1200d. they have the same specs but just wonderin about performance / quality.

I used a pair of these amps all season. At 1/2 ohm they draw roughly 140 amps. Mine did not like 1/4 ohms. For the price I think they are a pretty decent amp. Right now they have a few B-Stocks for $250 which isn't bad at all.

yeah, they look like good amps, i'd probably be running it at 1 ohm. any1 know the draw at 1 ohm?

I'd pick the Orion. But that is just me.
