you sturrin at me brah?
i've got an eD nine.1 amp that should be here in a few days. my question is will it run 2 soundsplinter rl-p 12 d4's hard running at 1 ohm? i was thinking maybe 3/4 of their potential, does that sound about right? would a phoenix gold tantrum 1200.1 push them harder? it would be running at 4 ohms and should put out around 1500 watts. i can get the tantrum a bit cheaper than the nine.1. is it worth the trouble to sell the nine.1 and get a new amp, or would i likely even hear a difference? any nice features that either amp has the other doesnt? thanks,

Shaun

The eD Nine.1 will push them harder than the tantrum, since the eD amps are rated at 12v if iam right. Those subs from what i hear dont require alot to get them moving, i was going to get them before and give them 850-900w each, but the 9.1 will do a good job.
