He never said he had the facts but no one from the other side has backed up the 30% failure rate with facts (at least that I've seen) ...

That isn't public knowledge, so how would you back it up with documented proof? You can't. Anybody on the inside knows, and thats what matters. Though, I do agree that anything over 1% is unacceptible.

Since you have all the answers, what are those numbers since you think everybody else on the planet is wrong.

The thing is, NO ONE has the actual failure rates. Even Ben doesn't have an exact figure, which is precisely why all these invented numbers going around are so stupid.

Ben is the only one who COULD actually know. Everyone you've seen stating a failure rate number cannot provide you with any basis for it, because they just made it up.

I got news for ya, if ANY woofer comes back, it should be accounted for. You KNOW how many you shipped out, and you KNOW how many come back. Do the math, not that hard to find out a failure rate. He knows. How do others know? He told them. If I had over 1% return I'd play stupid too.
