This is t3h gay, my Roadshop Manager isn't giving us the price list until the 26th when we have the actual meeting about the Eclipse rollout. it's just thoes customers that go to the CC's and BB's to save a few bucks and then come in later to the local shops.

Thats typically due to the volume that big box stores do. When there a 100 to 1 ratio of those stores compared to someone small like myself it tends to look bad. Its all just in the numbers. I know a ton of more than capable BB and CC installers. I also know many that work at those stores and dont even trust their coworkers to do an install. Its all in the volume ratio.

I also know quite a few small "professional" shops that dont know their a$$ from their elbow.
