yeah jackass, you cant just make a generalization like that. every company has their strong points and their downfalls. some woofers are designed for sq, some for spl, hense the different lines by each manufacturer. they all server different purposes.

Eclipse is $$$$ and the price tag is hefty for the rated watts more of the time, but it is a very good and respectable name.Diamond is a great brand and price tag doesnt hurt soo bad, lots of people look this way for affordable SQ.

Kicker is more known to be for SPL guys that want that big bad BOOM. Amps are very solid and do thier rated power.

Not to be an ***, because you are clearly trying to be helpful, but its vague and misguided answers like yours that we are trying to avoid, by avoiding such a ridiculously vague question. There are plenty of Kicker users with extremely good SQ, just as there are plenty of Diamond users out there with ground pounders.

If the original poster cant even spend the time/effort to type out a specific question, why should we spent a long time typing out a thorough answer in an attempt to hit upon what he really wants to know? This only leaves vague answers that paint too broad a brush stroke to really present useable information.

hey man, I am sorry about these guys. . . the thing with this forum is that. . . ppl here know so MUCH about car audio that when we are asked these kinds of questions we've heard them 10000x times. Most ppl will be assholes like you've seen, other ppl will tell you to jsut use the search bar.

You can say you can go wrong with either of these 3, all do rated power and are respect. Sorry about the other guys. Most ppl on this forum have been in the car audio scene so much that they hate these questions. . . . I was lucky enough to know a tihng or two before I came. I started @ sounddomain, then went to caraudioforum.com then lastly here. Once you know your stuff this place is the best for entertainment . .but for help, you'll have trouble finding it.
