Sorry to hear about what happened, fella. As I read your original post I was curious to know how they had the time to steal even the wires but a period of possibility spanning 5 hours explained it.

Yeah i only wish i knew who took my stuff. I hope something bad happens to them theives. It looks like im gonna have to go get some L7's or something. I could get 2 of those for a price of the eclipse i had. I actually don't no what i will buy now. I have no idea. Im still not over what hapened. Im sorry to hear about all you others that got your stuff stolen too. It sucks.

Maybe you should take a break from the car audio scene for a while.... I got my stuff stolen 3 years ago and.... finally decided to get back into it. Even now it's hard to have a sense of security after what happened. Could be someone you know who did it... you never know. You'll probably never know who did it. To this day, I still don't know who did it, and if I ever find out who did it... You might see me on the channel 5 news.

Yeah you could be right. who knows. Anything is possable. Im thinking its someone that knows me and not just some random person but ill never know who. but i hope i find out. Im thinking about getting a couple of l7's or cvx's. I dont know yet tho. It wont be for a couple of months tho.

It was a aftermarket alarm. 2 way. But I was no where near the car to hear it.

Install a couple extra sirens, especially piezo 'pain generators' inside.

my insurance company tried to fuk me too, i had FULL coverage, i even asked them about stereos BEFORE i got one
when my sh!t got stolen, they said since i had a custom stereo, id get $200, they USUALLY only give $100

i spent $2,000 on my stereo, i told them, "its a good thing my dads a lawyer"

hes not...

i got a call from my insurance, they said, "new policy today, youll get your $2,000"

sorry to hear bout that. but thats y u need to carry a ryder policy on ur car insurance for your stereo. they asked me for the models and prices of everything i have, and if my stuff got ran i would have to pay my deductible, and they would reinburse me for everything, only thing i would be out would be the cd player kuz it would be less than my deductible. you should look into one for ur next system, it only costs me like $50 a year

sorry guys been working like crazy latly. My insurance provider is mercury insurance group. I have been with them for a long time but have never ahd any accidents or anything so i can't say ive had problens with them not wanting to pay out or anything.

so sorry to hear about your misfortune. I really hate it how you can spend all the money building a system and then some a-hole can come up and steal everything.

Sometimes I wonder if the people stealing the shit actually know the person they are stealing it from. I know this is the case some times. I don't show off or show my system unless its a close friend. People I just meet never see or hear what I have. Hell I never even bump in my own drive way and I live in a very nice community.

Again sorry to hear this man.

P.S. if you put in another system they may come back after awhile to see what you have...
