Eclipse Technical Support = Joke

lol, i thought the CS rep had a decent sense of humor. Yes, he probably is a walmart greeter, but still funny. I liked the part about 40 emails a day.... holy shit he must read on a 3rd grade level to not be able to answer just 40. Then the last part was good too, about not sending in any more emails LOL

Tech support doesn't just read emails. They also handle questions over the phones(from customers, reps, dealers, etc). I have never emailed tech support since calling gets an answer immediately(obviously you don't call on weekends).

 
Yeah, I'm a noob lol. I am 36, a member on many car audio forums(mod for one of them), and have quite a few posts over the past 4 years or so. Yep, I just fell off the turnip truck.
don't think anything of it, youve been here for more than a year longer, could be my father, and probably have more knowledge from experience than 90% of us.

 
thats a funny email, lol. i would have gotten a good laugh over it.

i've called eclipse support before and they were nice to deal with, never sent them an email, though, i would have expected them to just forward the message to tech and have them reply without that email to let you know you sent the email to the wrong addy.

both of you were jerks, get over it.

PS: on a side note... I shipped you unit out the same day I shipped a HU to a guy in Arizona as well, he recieved his either late wednesday or thursday... And you STILL haven't received it!??!?! I'm going to have to give DHL a call if so...

 
First, he actually responds (half the companies out there don't respond), but messes up. In your response, you come off as a COMPLETE TOOL. Yes, in his next response, he was a little sarcastic, but you live up to your last response and continue on with the TOOLING (yes, I made that up just now), and tell him 'don't let it happen again'.
