Eclipse OR Alpine ?

I am debating weather to get a Eclipse AVN 6620 or go with an Alpine IVA-W505 w/ blackbird nav.. I will be installing them in a 2006 4runner, Any help with pros/cons will help. I'm an Alpine fan myself. Not to fond of Eclipse's new designs. Should have stuck with something similar to the older designs.

I also agree with the Alpine. They have been consistant (sp?) for some time now.

I would go with eclipse as well. I loved the older alpine, but the newer stuff doesn't impress me as much. The eclipse product always is good.

If you have ever considered using Alpine's H701 processor, I would go Alpine.

If you arent interested in using a processor, get the Eclipse.

the celipse menus look kidna cheesy,the alpines look much better

yes but with Eclipse you get the ESN, so if anyone jacks your radio for the first year you get it replaced for free......

and the cost of that unit has gone down over Eclipse's prior units...we sell it for $1200
