eclipse EQ or audio control EQ?!? need help!

hey guys i have the DLS UP36 3 way components. and i know it's going to be a massive bizznatch to tune. so i decided im going to use an EQ to help me out. so now here is my dilemma. should i get the:

Audio Control EQX

yea that is true but the audio control has a built in crossover
