I have the following:
Eclipse DVC8122 12" Subwoofer (Never got the manual)
Eclipse XA1000 mono-block amp
Eclipse CD8052 headunit w/ 8 volt preout (never got the manua)
Would the XA1000 provide enough power for this sub? It is rated at 480 RMS @ 2ohm, but I know that this sub is very power hungry. I don't know the exact specs for the sub though, since I never got the manuel and can't find anything at the eclipse website. I also need to know what size sealed box to build for this sub. Being able to find a manual for the sub and/or the headunit would be nice too. Any input about this sub and/or this setup would be appriciated.
