Eclipse Comps?

Anyone hear any of the eclipse comps? 6spcoupe has possible gave me a good deal on the SC8264 set(if he has them), but I haven't heard them and couldn't find much about em on the forums.

Anyone know how they shape up? Are they harsh? Smooth? Mainly SQ or SQL, or a nice mixture? How do they compare to the crystal sscs6's?

Any Info would be great

I thought that Eclipses component sets were very nice sounding. A little more eq is necessary to tone down the tweeter, but once you get it dialed in they were very neutral.

Ive heard eclipses 3 way components in my buddys old car and they were very nice sounding. Make sure you have a good eq to tone em to how you like.

I had a set of Eclipse SC8354 comps, but never got a chance to install them. I traded them to TeamPSI. My set had a silk tweeter. If your set is the same, i wouldn't worry too much about harshness. Might try PMing TeamPSI to see what he thinks of them.
