Eclipse Ch3083 Changer HELP URGENT please

Well i just got a lightly used eclipse Ch3083 changer locally however it did not come with the Power plug HArness, it looks as though ill have to make up something to get it workign.

The Plug is a 2 wire plug and its horizontal, can anyone tell me which of these wires is positive and which is negative?

Which Polarity is CLosest to the Body of the changer?

and if you utilitize the Cooxial digital output then you do not need to use the 13 pin Din cable????

Any help greatly appreciated!
