Sold Eclipse CD8454 (ACTIVE HEAD UNIT)

Very nice condition Eclipse CD8454 up for grabs. I bought it off a well known member on diyma about 2 weeks ago. Deck is in great shape for being a few years old. This is a serious sq deck. This deck will allow you to go fully active if you choose to do so. I hooked it up and absolutely loved it but it will not work right with the dash kit due to the motorized face and I don't feel like modifying stuff to make it fit right. It is just the deck and wiring harness. I do not have a manual or cage or anything else. Only looking for what I have in it which is 175 shipped. The price is firm as this is a one of the best decks eclipse has made over the years and i will hold onto it rather than loose money on it. there is a memory stick slot behind the face. You can use an mp3 player using the adapter cable I have posted above. This would allow the audio to pass through the head unit.

Someone on another forum asked about the crossover settings on the deck. The unit is 3 way capable and the crossover settings are as follows:

low pass: 63Hz-200Hz

Mid high pass: 63Hz-200Hz

Mid low pass: 200Hz-10kHz

High pass: 200Hz-10kHz

slope settings: pass/6/12/18/24dB/octave

Also..I forgot to take a pic but I also have the remote control that came with the unit.
