Eclipse cd7000 RCAs?

Just bought a cd7000, and im trying to figure out how the rca's r going to work. On the back of my alpine i just have inputs that are labeled for one amp, another amp, and a sub amp. I have my amp for my speakers' rca's plugged into one, and the rca's for my sub amp plugged into the sub rca input, but on this eclipse hu, i have 3 sets of rca line outs and one set of rca for aux input. One set says, Front/HI, another says Rear/MID, the last says Non-fader/low. Could someone explain how these all apply? yah thats what i was thinking, i was just a little confused about the non-fader/low one, wanted to double check, thanks man, and did u ever sell that ipod adapter?
