Eclipse CD7000 Question

I'm thinking of buying this HU over an Alpine CDA-9887. I was doing some reading and it said somewhere that the CD7000 has built in steering wheel controls? Is this true and if so would it work with my 2005 GTO steering wheel controls?

I have this deck and im sure it has built in controls. I wish I could help you with whether it works with YOUR controls, I have no idea. When i installed it I saw the connectors for steering wheel controls but I have a POS jeep so I had no use for it!!
