Eclipse CD3000?

Has anyone heard this head unit? I am really wondering if I should buy it because a shop here locally wants about 250 for it and give me free installation. I don't know if I should go with this or an Alpine or Pioneer Premier. 250 is about the max I can really spend on a head unit. The speakers wont be playing of the headunit either is all going through amps. Here are some links to kinda compare.

I paid like $90 shipped for my CD3000, unused as well. The only thing it was missing was the trim ring. Got it from Trading Circuit on eBay, it came in the original box and everything.

it could have come in original box, i have don't remember honestly. That's probably where the guy i bought it from got it to begin with.

Great bang for buck HU. I would stick with the dealer...especially offering the free install and of course a warranty.

Awesome deck, I have one. I've only had one problem with it. It resets my presets sometimes for sirius and it pisses me off. It only happens very rarely but I'm not sure whats causing it! I had an Alpine 9851 with what i thought was GREAT SQ, but then I upgraded to eclipse and i would never go back. ECLIPSE FTW

If your looking for SQ, look no further.....best bang for your buck. As far as features go, they don't have as many as some brands, but SQ to me is a major thing.
