Hey guys new here gonna get the eclipse at the end of the month when they received the units. Its gonna be awesome and I will post some pics when done. Also does anyone know how to bypass the dvd in motion thing? Is it the same way as the avic n2. Just plug the video plug from the brain to the rear camera? Has anyone bypass the avn5435 the older model? Cant wait to get it! Thanks

Yeah, but he is asking about the eclipse not the Pioneer. The eclipse is still a simple brake ground (at least on my AVN5435, possible the 5495 is different, but I highly doubt it).

Just take the parking break... and ground it to the ground that comes stock with your stereo wiring harness.

ditto, my 2454 parking brake lead from the HU is just grounded. w002!
