Eclipse amp stopped working? Powers up, but no output?

Got a little problem with my Eclipse DA7232. Bought it new about a month ago, only had it hooked up for a few days running 1 channel to a 10" Type R. Gains are low. Worked for a few days, then got in the car to go to work one day and the amp had no output? Took the amp out, took a look at the board, nothing was burnt or anything. I'm pretty new to this, so I don't really know what else to check. I don't have a DMM or anything, should I go pick a cheap one up? Just looking for some advice on what to do.

I also forgot to mention, I have my JL 6 channel amp wired up as well, and that still works. Wiring is set up like this:

1/0 from battery -> 300a fuse -> distribution block -> 4ga to each amp and capacitor

Fuse looks good, no fuses on the amp are blown, tried a remote wire directly from the remote terminal on the JL amp, and also a wire directly from the power terminal on the Eclipse amp, still nothing. Power light still goes on, but no output. Also, switched the RCA's from the amps, nothing.

Do you have RCAs hooked up to the channel that isn't hooked up to any subs? I asked that because I've had car and home audio amps that died because I played music to a channel on an amp that weren't hooked up to any speakers... donno how or why but it happened more than twice.

Swap that amp out into another car and see if it does the same.

Yeah. Like I said, I happened to find one new, with original box/warranty cards/etc, so I picked it up. Didn't think I would have any problems with it...

it's not still under warranty? It powers on and everything just fine, just no sound output?

Some of that reading is confusing but I would do the fallowing:

1. Verify that the amp IS indeed turning on and not in protect mode or anything.

2. If your other amp is working, hook the sub up to one of those channels just to make sure that isn't the problem.

3. If it is powering on and everything, take a set of RCA's from your other amp and hook them up to this one

4. If nothing changes, send it somewhere for repair I guess...

This happened to a buddy once, his RCA's came unhooked from his deck.

Not really under warranty still, I think they were made in like 2002 or 2003?

1. Yeah, the power light comes on. I don't see a protect light on it anywhere, how can I tell if it is in protect mode or not?

2. Already tried a different sub with it, connected to both channels, still no output.

3. Took the RCA's from the JL amp and ran them to the Eclipse, no output.

4. Damn...
